If total sentence points are 60 points or less and court makes required findings, review treatment-based drug court provisions where applicable.
At 44 points or fewer, the lowest permissible sentence is any non-state prison sanction, subject to statutory maximums, mandatory minimums, departure law, and judicial findings.
22 points or fewer: review section 775.082(10).
60 points or fewer: review treatment-based drug court findings where applicable.
