Privacy policy

FloridaScore collects newsletter signup information such as email, role, county, practice area, and source page. Attorney marketplace workflows may collect account, verification, availability, request, message, review, and payment-lifecycle information.

FloridaScore may use basic analytics to understand traffic, improve tools, prevent abuse, and measure sponsorship performance. Do not submit confidential case information through public contact or newsletter forms.

Analytics events are designed to be limited and sanitized. FloridaScore does not intentionally store raw emails, phone numbers, case captions, case numbers, confidential notes, dispute descriptions, trust notes, Stripe webhook payloads, API keys, tokens, prompt text, or PDF/source text in analytics. Logged-in user identifiers are hashed for analytics, and browser analytics use a session-scoped anonymous identifier when analytics are enabled.

FloridaScore may measure page views, opinion source-link clicks, RSS clicks, newsletter signup and unsubscribe events, newsletter digest previews/sends, scoresheet calculator usage, saved-tool limit events, sponsor impressions and clicks, advertising inquiries, billing checkout status, opinion ingestion runs, and protected admin dashboard usage.
